Entry doesn’t guarantee a win or the gown to be paid in full. The prize is a gown valued up to $1,200. If a gown is less than $1,200 there is NO CASH VALUE or additional reward. If the gown is over $1,200 the $1,200 will come off the sales total as a “discount” on the purchase and the balance will be paid by the bride. No other discounts, promotions or credits can be applied and this is for a BRIDAL GOWN ONLY. 

Entry guarantees the $25 gift card to the boutique to be used November 1st, 2023 – June 30th, 2024! Gift card is valid at Champagne Taste Bridal, Jack & Juni or Wattz Web Design & Marketing (Laser Engraving, Neon Sign, or Wedding Website). 

Who Can Enter: Legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, but preferably brides in the DMV area in close proximity to shop with CTB. 

Ending Date: October 31st, 2023, WINNER NOTIFIED November 1st, 2023. We must have at least 25 Brides participate to have a winner selected! Prize will default to a $50 Gift Card instead of $25 if we cannot proceed with the gown giveaway due to poor participation. No refunds will be provided. 

Entry Frequency: No limit on entry quantity. 

The prize includes:

• ONE winner of a Bridal Gown valued UP TO $1,200. 

• EVERY BRIDE receives a $25 Gift Card to use at any of the three (3) businesses listed above. ONE PER BRIDE regardless of entry quantity. 

• NO CASH VALUE. NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. MUST BE USED BY JUNE 30th, 2024 or reward is forfeited.  (Keep in Mind Gowns should be purchased 6-12 months in advance of the wedding. 

Disclaimer Notice: There is no obligation to buy a gown or to use this reward if prize is won. This is an opportunity to enter to win a reward. If you do not find a gown you love you are not obligated to purchase one simply to use the reward. Instead the reward will be invalidated, but you will still have your $25 gift card to use. We know finding the right dress can be tough and may not happen with us. With over 800 gowns in our inventory our brides are able to explore a world of possibilities and we are fortunate that brides often find their gown with us on the first trip — but even so sometimes it just isn’t perfect. Though it would be disappointing to not get to use your prize, there wouldn’t be any refunds, transfers, exchanges, or extension on this prize. 

Information Collection Notice: Entrants agree that by entering the Promotion, they agree to add their contact information to the Champagne Taste Bridal mailing lists, subject to Entrant’s right to thereafter opt out or unsubscribe to such lists at any time.

Participant Responsibilities: Winner is responsible for dress alterations, accessories, customizations, any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, and any expenses not specified as part of the prize.

Disqualification & Entry Notice: All entries become the property of the Sponsor, who assumes no liability for late, misdirected, lost, damaged, and incomplete entries, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, all of which will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site.
