OTR Notes: Off-The-Rack gowns are used as boutique samples and in 99% of cases not worn by brides to weddings. This is the reason they are offered at discounted rates base on their market value and current conditions. Here at CTB we strive to keep our gowns in the best possible condition in the effort to resale them off-the-rack when their time comes of discontinuation. We also replace our samples during their active life with us very frequently and most are in great condition at the time of resale. If the gown has any repairs, major damages or is not in good, very good or like new condition we will be sure to note specific damages in the “Condition” category above (Such as, but not limited to zippers, button tracts, mesh repair, slight pulls/snags, etc). Please note that ALL OTR gowns are sold in “As Is” condition and like any gown purchase are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. This would include any minor repairs (those listed above), if you choose to have the gown professionally cleaned (usually not necessary unless listed), and any other modifications or alterations. Alterations are priced separately and should be considered prior to purchasing the gown. Though we strive to be 100% transparent in descriptions if there is something that is missed because we are human, we will allow 24 hours for you to notify us to come to an agreement whether that be a price adjustment or a return. Please note that pre-shipment photos of the gowns are taken so any damages that occur in transport or while in your care will not be considered as a reasonable request for return due to listing transparency. Improper sizing, colorway choice, alteration costs, anything outside of listing transparency will not be a reason for consideration and the buyer would need to attempt to resell the gown on their own.
